Municipal Builders Warehouse

Structural Buildings completed this 7,000 square-foot warehouse in Andover, Minnesota, in January 2012. It is a post-frame building. For this building, the Structural Buildings crew utilized post-frame construction to achieve all of the features the customer requested for their custom building. Some of the features you can see on the exterior of this building include a maintenance-fee steel roof, Versetta stone for the wainscot, column wraps, and some additional detail that truly accentuates the corners of the building. The customer added other design features, such as shakes in the gables, deep fascia, a covered front entry area, and Struktroc siding. In addition to aesthetic features, they included many functional features such as snow rail to the roof, gutters, and a vented soffit to their building as well.
