Cassie, originally from North Branch, Minnesota, now resides in Wisconsin, with her daughter and two black labs. She joined Structural Buildings in November 2019 and was promoted to Lead Sales Coordinator in 2024 after years of dedication and growth in her department. Cassie enjoys meeting new people, collaborating with her team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In her free time, she loves kayaking, fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time outdoors.
Tim Schreiber is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a proven track record of success, having consistently exceeded his clients’ expectations. Throughout his career, Tim has developed a deep understanding of his clients’ needs and a talent for building strong relationships with them. He knows that trust and communication are the keys to a successful sales process, and he always puts his clients’ needs first.When he’s not working, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 boys along with pursuing his hobbies. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing and playing sports. Tim’s success in sales can be attributed to his ability to listen to his clients’ needs, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work and is dedicated to delivering the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Brett brings a wealth of experience in building materials and sales to the Structural Buildings team. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for leadership, customer relationships, and business growth. Brett previously owned and operated Tru Lumber in Alexandria, Minnesota, successfully growing the business from the ground up to more than $2 million in sales. Prior to that, he spent over 17 years with Hilltop Lumber, where he advanced from sales and estimating into a location manager role. His leadership experience includes purchasing, budgeting, safety training, and team development. With his industry knowledge and dedication to customer service, Brett will play an important role in supporting clients and contributing to the continued growth of Structural Buildings.
Eric Steingraber brings over 20 years of experience in sales, client relations, and construction materials estimating. Known for his precision and personable approach, Eric has guided countless homeowners and businesses from concept to completion through expert consultation and accurate, client-focused estimating. Beyond his professional work, Eric is deeply rooted in his community. He’s a dedicated youth wrestling coach and the founder of Shot for Hope, a nonprofit that creates outdoor adventures for children facing life-altering conditions. When he’s not helping clients or volunteering, Eric can be found in the woods or on the water, supporting his son at wrestling meets, or watching the Packers and Brewers with his daughter—his family’s biggest sports fan—alongside his wife.
Kyle brings extensive experience in sales, customer service, and project management. His background in building strong client relationships and managing projects from start to finish makes him a valuable addition to the Structural Buildings team. Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction, Kyle is passionate about delivering a positive experience for every customer. In his role, he will help strengthen client partnerships, support project success, and contribute to the continued growth of the company.
Kris Pederson joined the Crosslake team of Structural Buildings in 2024 as a Sales Consultant. With a degree in Architecture and a passion for the design-build process, Kris brings a unique perspective and expertise to every project.
Kris thrives on collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from concept to completion. Dedicated and detail-oriented, Kris is excited to contribute to the success of the Crosslake team and help create exceptional spaces.
Meet Alexa Ranfranz, Structural Buildings Drafter. Alexa recently graduated from the University of Minnesota, with a Bachelor’s degree in the Design of Architecture and a Construction Management minor. As this is her first job in the construction field, her favorite part so far is watching a project go from 2D plans to a livable, finished building. Outside of work, Alexa spends the majority of her time with her fiancé and 2 dogs (Millie & Harley) and cat (Moose). Together they love to spend time with their families and friends, go camping, race our race truck, and watch movies. On her own time, she loves to paint, do puzzles, and go shopping.
Aaron Gravey brings years of hands-on experience as an electrician along with a strong foundation in the construction industry. His practical knowledge and attention to detail give him a deep understanding of how buildings come together in the field.
Joining Structural Buildings as an MTO Specialist allows Aaron to stay closely connected to construction while stepping into a new role that offers continued growth and fresh challenges. He’s excited to apply his field experience in a new way, supporting projects from a different perspective while contributing to the quality and efficiency Structural Buildings is known for.
Jamie Morris joined Structural Buildings in 2024 as a Field Superintendent, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. With expertise spanning both residential and commercial projects, Jamie has developed a strong reputation for leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
Jamie’s extensive knowledge and hands-on approach ensure projects are completed efficiently and exceed client expectations. Passionate about the construction industry, Jamie is proud to be part of the Structural Buildings team and looks forward to contributing to its continued success.
Paul Linz joined Structural Buildings in 2024 as a Field Superintendent, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. With expertise in both residential and commercial projects, Paul has earned a strong reputation for leadership, attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.
Paul’s extensive knowledge and hands-on approach ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Passionate about construction, Paul is excited to be part of the Structural Buildings team and contribute to its ongoing success.
Tony joined Structural Buildings in 2024 as a Field Superintendent for the Crosslake Branch. With a dedication to excellence and a commitment to teamwork, Tony plays a vital role in overseeing projects and ensuring their successful completion.
In addition to his work at Structural, Tony proudly serves as an active member of the National Guard. We thank him for his service and the dedication he brings to both his country and his career.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his family in the great outdoors, embracing activities that reflect his love for nature and adventure.
