Structural Buildings is thrilled to announce that we are opened our third branch location in Crosslake, Minnesota! In addition to our headquarters in Becker, Minnesota, and branch in Frederic, Wisconsin, our Crosslake team will serve property owners throughout the northern region of Minnesota.
Grand Opening Success!
We had our grand opening on March 14 through 16! We had treats & giveaways for all those who stopped in to meet their local sales representatives. We capped off our celebration with the 45th Annual Crosslake St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celebration on the 16th. Fun was had by all!
Meet the Crosslake Branch Team
Philip Rondeau and Steve Spencer will head the team at our new branch in Crosslake, Minnesota. Phil is the Crosslake branch manager and sales consultant. He has three decades of experience in the commercial construction and commercial real estate development industries. He puts all of it to work for our customers in the Crosslake area. Phil has been a resident of central Minnesota for more than 20 years and currently lives in Pine River, Minnesota. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding ATVs with his three daughters.
Steve Spencer has been a sales consultant on our Minnesota team since 2016. Using his vast array of construction and building knowledge, Steve has built his own post-frame home with the help of the Structural Buildings team. Steve is a lifelong resident of central Minnesota and lives in the Clear Lake area with his wife and three kids currently, but is in the process of relocating to the Crosslake area. In his free time, Steve enjoys camping, ice fishing, and volleyball.
