Black Line Conversions Manufacturing

Structural Buildings completed this 23,040 square-foot manufacturing facility in Pine River, Minnesota, in June 2020. It is a steel-frame building. In 2018, Black Line Conversions purchased a building in Pine River, Minnesota, to help deal with some of the space issues and ample work coming in. “Being filled up for 6 months is a great problem to have but is getting too far out then I would prefer!” said Eveland. Shortly thereafter, Black Line hired Structural Buildings to design a new post-frame manufacturing facility. This 23,000 square foot building features office space and a large warehouse with eleven service doors. This building provides space to grow and provides the flow that helps keep operations running smoothly.
