That’s exactly what Sales Consultant Brent brought to the table in the development of the stunning new Thomasburg Equestrian Facility in Frederic, Wisconsin.
This impressive project features two custom buildings: a professionally designed 80×160 riding arena and a 40×40 run-in building for horse turnout and shelter. And while each structure stands beautifully on its own, it’s Brent’s thoughtful coordination and design expertise that made the project truly exceptional.
The process began with the customer’s dream of building a high-performance indoor riding arena. Working closely with the owners, Brent helped design a space that was not only functional and safe—but also visually striking. The arena includes slanted 3′ 10″ rail guard walls for safety, a 56×53 stable area with a tack room, bathroom, and wash bay, and beautiful tongue-and-groove finishes throughout. Two classic cupolas and a black-and-white exterior finish add to its signature equestrian look.
Mid-Project Pivot, Adding a Run-In Building
During the construction of the main arena, the customer approached Brent with a new request: to also design and construct a 40×40 run-in building. Without missing a beat, Brent stepped in to develop a plan that not only complemented the arena’s design but also met the functional needs of their horses. The run-in structure offers a safe, covered area where horses can move freely and stay protected from the elements—making it a perfect addition to the facility.
Thanks to Brent’s proactive approach and close coordination with both the customer and our build teams, both buildings were completed and ready for use by spring—just in time for a new season of riding and training.
