Accessory Dwelling Units Now Approved In Sherburne County

Huge News for Sherburne County Property Owners!

Starting Saturday, April 26, Sherburne County has officially approved Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on any parcel in the county—with the exception of Becker Township and the City of Baldwin.

That means if you’ve been dreaming of adding a post-frame building with living quarters, a guest house, or a second home on your property, the wait is over!

This new ordinance opens the door for:

-Post-frame buildings with living space

-Multi-generational housing

-Second homes on the same parcel

At Structural Buildings, we’ve been helping customers build exactly these kinds of structures for over 40 years—and we’re ready to help you make the most of this new opportunity.

Now is the time to start planning!
