Chad Stewart Structural Buildings President Becker Mn

Chad Stewart- President

Chad began his career in construction at a young age. He started from the ground up, following in his father’s steps. His first role started at the age of 15, working summers and school vacations in the family owned Lumber Yard business which supplied Structural Buildings and other companies with building packages. His primary job was packing materials and loading trucks that would direct ship materials to the job sites. When he was old enough to drive he began delivering materials to job sites and performing site visits. When he was 18 he started working on a crew and building commercial and residential buildings for Structural Buildings throughout the State of Minnesota.

At the age of 22, Chad was promoted to Project Manager. He performed project coordination, scheduling sub-contractors, and on-site visits where he performed site supervision on all trades involved in each particular project. From excavation, to septic, wells, concrete, framing, electrical, plumbing and heating, interior finishing, landscaping, as well as any additional final touches that were a part of the turn-key, build-to-suit projects. He worked in this capacity for four years and then was promoted to Production Manager. As Production Manager Chad was responsible for maintaining a level of quality that stands out above the competition. As well as coordinating and scheduling all aspects of production with the salesmen, customers, drafting department, and deliveries while working hands on managing as many as twelve construction crews and twelve unique projects simultaneously.

In 2009 Chad became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Structural Building’s as well as the Founder and Co-Owner of Structural Tower Services, Inc. RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

"Just a note of thanks for the excellent way Structural Buildings handled our project before, during and after construction. John and I have been so happy in our new home. Many people have stopped and can't believe that it started as a post frame building. All design ideas have worked out fantastically, accommodating all of our special needs. We look forward to adding the bunk house someday! We have been well taken care of by everyone from Structural Buildings. You used quality products and quality people and we thank you for your attentiveness during the project. We have highly recommended to anyone who is interested in a project like ours to contact you for themselves."

- John & Deanne J.

RESIDENTIAL POLE BARN BUILDING

"Recently we bought a different motor home, which was too tall to fit into our pole barn. Don spoke with the Structural Buildings representative, who looked at the structure and determined how to modify it to accommodate the motor home. He worked with the Oak Grove City Engineer to help ensure the suggested changes could be made. He was always available to answer our questions and was invariably pleasant. The crew worked efficiently, with the finished product being just what was needed. In addition to completing the job, the men went out of their way to put up extra metal where the old service door had been, they also covered a hole in the roof. We just wanted you to know of our satisfaction."

- Don & Marcielle R.

RESIDENTIAL REMODELED HOME

"Just wanted to thank you and let you know how extremely pleased Roger and I are with our home's new addition and the window and exterior upgrades made to the original structure! Chad stands out as someone I could trust; his communication was clear and timely throughout the project and he made my job, as general contractor, so much easier. The lead builder and his crew were a delight to have on sight. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, took great pride in their craft and really seemed to enjoy coming to work each day. The quality of the finished product exceeded our expectations! Having built or remodeled 5 homes, we can honestly say, we have never worked with a better crew. Roger and I highly recommend Structural buildings and post frame construction."

- Dorothy and Roger K. — Pillager, MN

POST FRAME BUILDING

"Wanted to drop you a note and thank-you for your patience during the past 13 months and going the extra mile to get the building up. The structure looks great, colors match well and I think it blends in well with the other buildings. I enjoyed Structural Buildings crew working in adverse conditions with all the rain that week to get the job done. They did a professional job on the building and kept us informed as to the process."

- Gary G. — University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum

POST FRAME BUILDING

"We recently completed the construction of a Structural Buildings post frame building. Your staff was great to work with, and we want to extend our thanks to them. Thank you for walking us thru the process of designing our building, selecting materials, patiently answering our endless questions, and seeing the project thru to completion. Thank you, Structural Buildings construction crew, for your hard work and the great job you did for us! We were kept informed about the work schedule and provided prompt follow-up when needed. The construction crew was polite and respectful, and they left the job site neat and clean at the end of every day.

We love the way our building turned out!"

- Harold & Sharon K.

POST FRAME BUILDING

"Now that my building project is complete, I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the project. Structural Buildings continued to follow up on the project after the sale and the effort was appreciated. The construction crew did excellent work. When the inevitable small problems came up, they were addressed quickly and professionally.”

I would not hesitate to recommend Structural Buildings for work in the future."

- James B.

COMMERCIAL RETAIL MUSTARD SEED LANDSCAPING

"I am pleased to highly recommend Structural Buildings, Inc. as a premier building company for a variety of buildings. Over the past 20 years, even before we started The Mustard Seed, we used Structural Buildings to construct everything from simple pole barns to elaborate garden center buildings. We have found them to be exceptionally creative in the design process and very flexible in meeting our varied needs. Each time we have worked with them, they have exhibited flexibility and professionalism as we worked through the details before, during and after our construction.

Though price is never the most important aspect of a quality project, we have always felt Structural has given us the best value for our money. They also start their projects on time and finish on schedule, which isn't always easy given the variety of conditions and weather we experience in Minnesota. Though we have had very few concerns after construction, Structural has always responded quickly and fairly to any questions we have had and they stand behind their commitments 100%.

We have worked with literally dozens of builders and contractors and I can honestly say that none have been better to work with than Structural Buildings. Whatever your project, whether it be large or small, detailed or simple, I highly recommend you consider Structural as one of your options. If you do, I think you will see the difference right up front and you will be glad you did!"
